Henry Bramwell
Founder & President
Born and raised on Long Island, Henry Bramwell brings over four decades of experience in marketing communications to Visionary Graphics + Marketing, the firm he founded in 1987. With a background that spans from hands-on design work to strategic brand development, Henry has built a career helping clients—ranging from local businesses to Fortune 100 companies—connect meaningfully with their audiences.
Henry earned his degree in graphic design from the New York Institute of Technology. He began his career in 1982 as a paste-up artist for a local weekly newspaper, where he quickly learned to produce effective advertising under high-pressure, deadline-driven conditions. “There were no desktop computers,” he recalls. “You had to work closely with layout artists and typesetters—so it was a true team effort.”
In 1993, Henry launched Visionary Graphics as a design studio focused on annual reports for publicly held companies. As the marketing landscape shifted, so did Visionary—growing into a full-service marketing communications agency that blends creative design with digital strategy. “Internet marketing required us to focus more on strategy,” says Henry. “So not only are we the builders, we are the architects.”
Under his leadership, Visionary has evolved into a nimble, client-focused firm specializing in custom WordPress development, digital advertising, SEO, and integrated marketing campaigns. The team works across sectors—from nonprofits and municipalities to B2B and consumer brands—delivering measurable results and building long-term relationships.
In addition to leading Visionary, Henry is deeply involved in the community. He serves as Commissioner of the Hamptons Collegiate Baseball League, a nonprofit summer league partially funded by Major League Baseball with more than 150 alumni currently in professional baseball. He also served as President of the Brookhaven Business Advisory Council for five years, supporting the Town of Brookhaven’s mission to promote local business growth.
Henry currently serves on the Board of the Middle Country Library Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that raises funds to support innovative, library-based programs focused on families, children, businesses, literacy, and information technology. The Foundation helps foster dynamic initiatives developed at the Middle Country Public Library that can be replicated regionally and nationally—enabling community libraries to better meet evolving social and economic needs.
Henry also teaches marketing workshops for small business owners at both the Stony Brook Small Business Development Center and the Miller Business Center at Middle Country Library.
Henry and his wife of 40 years, Dana, have live in Westhampton, where they raised their son Jake and remain active in community life.
Steve Cafarelli, Director of Interactive Services
Steve is the Director of Interactive Services at Visionary Graphics + Marketing.
His passion, talent, and experience converge in web design and development, where he blends artistic creativity with technical precision—bringing both sides of the brain to the table. A former Photoshop instructor, Steve thrives at the intersection of design and development, combining the instincts of a graphic artist with the structure of a seasoned coder.
In addition to his creative and technical strengths, Steve is known for being approachable, easy to work with, and deeply committed to client success. He builds strong relationships by listening carefully, solving problems collaboratively, and guiding projects with clarity and care. His clients value not just his expertise, but the confidence and peace of mind he brings to every engagement.
Additionally, Steve is a writer, musician, songwriter, and family man. He and co-author Rik Forgo released the book Eagles: Up Ahead in the Distance in 2022. As a musician, he plays regionally in a variety of bands and projects, and has released four albums of original music over the past four years. Ken Anderson, Director of Creative Services
With over 33 years of experience in the creative industry, Ken Anderson brings a rare blend of strategic insight, artistic excellence, and leadership to his role as Director of Creative Services at Visionary. Throughout his career, Ken has led award-winning campaigns across branding, digital media, and experiential design for both global brands and emerging startups.
Known for his ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives, Ken oversees a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators. His vision has helped shape the creative direction of Visionary’s most ambitious projects, ensuring every campaign is not only beautiful but also deeply aligned with client goals.
Ken’s philosophy centers on collaboration, innovation, and storytelling that resonates. With a deep understanding of both the craft and business of design, he continues to elevate the creative standard at Visionary and across the industry. He holds multiple HubSpot product certifications.
Ken enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. When not behind the computer, he spends his spare time fishing, hiking and reading history books.
